Our technical team will inspect the machine and work with you to determine the proper solution to the issue and the best way to fix it. If your espresso machine experiences any damage due to part quality issues, we will send your machine for repair; and if the damage cannot be repaired we will send you new machine. However, man-made damage (like dropping the device) or a misuse (like overcharging with high voltage or dropping it in water) cannot be compensated.
Kitchenrule will send a delivery personnel to collect the defective espresso machine and send you the fixed/replaced one free of charge.
- You are required to provide a photo/video evidence of the issue.
- You are required to keep the original box, as we will not accept any return without the original packaging.
- You are required to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
- In case a new machine is granted, it will be under warranty for the remaining term of the first purchased machine.
- In the event of a replacement, we will send a new machine with the same color of your initial damaged machine. In case the said color is out of stock, you can request another color or wait until the next batch of shipment.
The Nano Portable Espresso Machine is non-refundable and cannot be exchange with any other product from Kitchenrule's.
